Supply Chain Management Coordinator (Remote)

POWER Engineers, Member of WSP, is seeking a Supply Chain Management Coordinator. The role involves supervising material storage site activities on a POWER project, ensuring the 3C’s (Care, Custody, and Control) over safeguarded material. The coordinator will conduct project material analysis to support project needs and may work remotely full-time, with periodic travel to POWER offices.

Required Education/Experience

• 3+ years of relevant experience preferred
• Proficiency in Office 365, especially Excel (advanced knowledge beneficial)
• Experience collaborating on projects as a team member
• General knowledge of Power Delivery Industry and Supply Chain Management principles
• Position may be located at project sites nationwide with travel as needed

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Supply Chain Management: procurement, production planning, inventory control, vendor selection, and distribution
• Inventory Control: secure, identify, and manage inventories; conduct physical counts; analyze inventory levels
• Transportation Management: analyze and coordinate logistics and fleet operations
• Analytics: analyze inventory data against project needs
• Additional duties as assigned
