Job summary

Hewlett Packard Co. in the United States invites an experienced supply chain and program leader to join the MADO program team.

Lead end-to-end M&A supply chain programs, defining structure, milestones, deliverables, and execution across planning, procurement, logistics, and customer operations. You will drive integration and separation, ensure Day 1 readiness, stabilization, and handover to operations, while coordinating with Finance, IT, Legal and Go-To-Market to manage interdependencies.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in supply chain, program management, or transformation roles.
• Strong experience managing large-scale, cross-functional global programs.
• Experience in mergers and acquisitions, integration, or carve-outs preferred.
• Solid understanding of multiple supply chain domains (planning, procurement, logistics, customer operations).
• Proven ability to communicate with senior executives and drive decisions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
