Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years of experience in outbound or shipping operations within a distribution, fulfillment, or manufacturing environment.
• Working knowledge of ERP/WMS platforms (e.g., SAP).
• Proficiency with Excel plus a data-visualization tool such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong communication and influence skills; able to coordinate with 3PL and remote teams.
• Understanding of domestic parcel, LTL, and truckload shipping requirements and basic export documentation.
