Job summary

Lonza in Portsmouth, NH (On-site) seeks a Supply Chain Manager, Warehouse & Logistics to lead warehousing, inventory control, and logistics for life-changing therapies. The role offers a pathway to operational excellence, team development, and cross-functional collaboration across site functions. Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, on-site at Lonza.

You will drive safety, quality and efficiency while supporting manufacturing and planning objectives in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading warehouse, logistics, inventory, or supply chain ops in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership skills with experience developing teams and driving performance.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and make decisions quickly.
• Experience collaborating across functions to support goals.
• Knowledge of inventory management, warehouse operations and logistics processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or related field (or equivalent).
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and continuous improvement skills.

• Manage inventory control to maintain accuracy, availability, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop, coach, and support a team focused on safety, quality and excellence.

• Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions for operational challenges.

Job Title: Supply Chain Manager, Warehouse & Logistics

Location: Portsmouth, NH (On-site)

As a Supply Chain Manager, Warehouse & Logistics, you will lead warehousing, inventory control, and logistics operations that support the delivery of life-changing therapies. This is a high-impact leadership role that offers the opportunity to drive operational excellence, develop teams, and collaborate across site functions to ensure materials are available when and where they are needed.

This role follows a Monday – Friday schedule from 8:00AM to 5:00PM.

What you will do:

• Lead warehouse and logistics operations to ensure the timely and compliant movement of materials across the site
