Lonza is seeking a Supply Chain Manager, Warehouse & Logistics in Portsmouth, NH on-site to lead warehousing, inventory control, and logistics operations supporting life-changing therapies. The role offers leadership responsibility, opportunities to develop teams, and cross-site collaboration.

You will drive safety, quality, and continuous improvement, partner with Manufacturing, Quality, Planning, and Procurement, and ensure GMP compliance while delivering materials on time.

Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse and logistics operations to ensure timely and compliant movement of materials across the site.
• Manage inventory control processes to maintain accuracy, availability, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop, coach, and support a team focused on safety, quality, and operational excellence.
• Partner with Manufacturing, Quality, Planning, Procurement, and other stakeholders to support business objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, service levels, and inventory performance.
• Monitor key performance indicators and implement corrective actions to address operational challenges.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and company policies while supporting a culture of accountability.

Job Title: Supply Chain Manager, Warehouse & Logistics Location: Portsmouth, NH (On-site)

As a Supply Chain Manager, Warehouse & Logistics, you will lead warehousing, inventory control, and logistics operations that support the delivery of life-changing therapies. This is a high-impact leadership role that offers the opportunity to drive operational excellence, develop teams, and collaborate across site functions to ensure materials are available when and where they are needed. This role follows a Monday – Friday schedule from 8:00AM to 5:00PM.

What you will do:
