This on-site role provides opportunities to drive operational excellence and develop a high-performing team. You will partner with Production, Warehouse, and Customer Service to optimize shipping, supervise staff, plan schedules, and ensure compliance with domestic and international regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading shipping, logistics, warehouse, or distribution operations.
• Supervisory experience in a manufacturing or regulated environment.
• Knowledge of domestic and international shipping requirements and compliance standards.
• Experience using shipping software, ERP systems, and inventory management tools.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field preferred.
