General Mills is seeking a Supply Chain Logistics Associate to help manage material flows and production planning at manufacturing locations nationwide. You will contribute to PLCF initiatives and lead projects within a structured, large-scale supply chain environment.

You will develop hands-on experience across planning, logistics operations, and customer fulfillment, with support for professional growth, competitive pay, and a strong rewards package.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or Operations Management.
• Strong interpersonal skills, high learning agility, analytical and decision-making skills are preferred.
• Graduating in Spring 2027.

Responsibilities

• Managing the flow of raw materials and finished goods throughout the supply chain network.
• Planning production schedules to meet business requirements and key events while maximizing production efficiencies.
• Managing people in manufacturing and warehouse operations.
• Leading complex projects using General Mills project management processes and standards.
