Job summary

General Mills, a global food company, is seeking a Supply Chain Logistics Associate (SCLA) to help manage material flows and production planning at a manufacturing site. You will support PLCF initiatives and work toward leadership roles across planning, logistics operations, and customer fulfillment at one of our nationwide locations.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, with a Spring 2027 graduation.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or Operations Management.
• Graduating in Spring 2027.
• Strong interpersonal skills, high learning agility, analytical and decision-making skills.
• Demonstrated understanding of supply chain principles and experience in process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage the flow of raw materials and finished goods across the supply chain network, ensuring cost-effective operations.
• Plan production schedules to meet business requirements and key events while maximizing efficiency.
• Manage people in manufacturing and warehouse operations.
• Lead complex projects using General Mills project management processes and standards.
