Job summary

General Mills, a leader in the food industry, offers a 10-week Supply Chain Logistics Associate internship at a US manufacturing plant. There is potential to advance into the full-time SCLA program after graduation for high-potential interns.

You will experience hands-on exposure to project management, material flow, and production scheduling, applying SCM principles to real-world operations in a nationwide setting.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Operations Management or related degree
• Graduating in Winter 2027 or Spring 2028
• Strong academic record
• Strong interpersonal skills, high learning agility, analytical and decision-making skills
• Demonstrated understanding of supply chain principles and experience in process improvement initiatives

Responsibilities

• Lead complex projects while leveraging General Mills project management processes and standards
• Managing the flow of raw materials and finished goods throughout the supply chain network, ensuring efficient and cost-effective operations
• Plan production schedules to meet business requirements and key events while maximizing production efficiencies

Education

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management

Graduating in Winter 2027 or Spring 2028
