Job summary

Rocky Brands, Inc. is seeking a Supply Chain, Transportation & Logistics Analyst to support planning, movement, and management of inventory across the supply chain. You will assist with transportation coordination, PO management, inventory monitoring, reporting, and supply chain analysis.

You will work with suppliers, distribution centers, carriers, and internal partners to ensure timely product flow and accurate information, contributing to continuous improvement and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred in SCM, logistics, business, operations, analytics or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field is a plus.
• 0–2 years of experience or internship in supply chain, logistics, inventory control, transportation, purchasing, or related areas is preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Assist inbound/outbound transportation activities, including shipment tracking and documentation.
• Coordinate with freight carriers, suppliers, and distribution centers on shipment status and timelines.
• Monitor ASN issues and coordinate resolution with warehouse and vendor partners.
• Assist with purchase order entry and updates to support inventory availability and demand.
• Monitor inventory levels and identify replenishment concerns.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports on inventory, transport costs, and supply chain metrics.
• Analyze freight expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Maintain records for imports/exports, duties, and shipping docs.
• Support forecasting and demand planning through data analysis.
• Collaborate with Planning, Logistics, Customer Service, Distribution, and Finance.
• Participate in continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Learn enterprise supply chain systems and reporting tools.
