The Supply Leadership Development Program is a three-year rotational experience designed to build a strong, end-to-end understanding of how our Integrated Supply Chain enables our business and delivers our products to consumers every day. The program offers two distinct tracks, a Supply Chain Management (SCM) Track and a Technical Track, each designed to develop future leaders through meaningful, hands‑on experiences across different parts of the supply chain. All participants will begin their first rotation in a Manufacturing setting, where they will learn how our plants operate end to end, lead continuous improvement projects, and build a strong operational foundation. From there, participants will rotate through headquarters and field assignments, gaining exposure to functions such as Supply Planning, Procurement, Engineering, Customer Service & Logistics, and other parts of our Integrated Supply Chain organization. Each rotation is designed to build on the last, developing progressively broader leadership capabilities over the course of the program. Throughout the program, participants will take on meaningful roles and projects tied to real business priorities, working alongside cross-functional teams to solve problems, improve processes, and drive results. This is not a shadowing experience. Participants own real work with real impact and senior leadership visibility from day one. Development extends beyond each rotational assignment. Participants will have access to master classes, functional and leadership training, site visits, a layered mentorship structure (including an Executive Sponsor, Program Lead, Functional Manager, and Dedicated Mentor), networking opportunities, and exposure to leaders across the organization. Digital and AI fluency will be embedded as a core development thread throughout all three years of the program. By the completion of the program, participants will have built a comprehensive understanding of our end-to-end, demand‑driven supply chain, developed a diverse set of experiences across the organization, and established a strong foundation to continue growing their career and making an impact within our ISC organization.
