Job summary

Mondelez International in the United States seeks a Sales Leadership Development Associate to join a 24‑month accelerated program designed to prepare graduates for future leadership roles within the Sales team.

You will rotate across direct selling, account management, analytics, and planning, receive mentorship from senior leaders, and be on a path to a permanent management position upon successful program completion. Start date is July 26, 2027, with a BA in Business expected by mid-2027.

The Mondelez International Sales Leadership Development Program is a 24-month accelerated learning program designed to prepare selected recruits for future leadership roles with our Sales team.

Sales Leadership Development Associates (SLDAs) gain broad exposure to the Sales Organization through a combination of diverse rotational assignments and formal training.

SLDAs are sponsored by a committed network of senior leaders, dedicated mentors, and advocates.

Through these dynamic experiences and relationships, participants will hone their leadership capabilities and analytical skills to become a vital member of our world-class organization.

As a Sales Leadership Development Associate, you will:

  • Participate in a formal rotational program providing exposure across our Sales organization.
  • Develop a working knowledge of many key areas in Sales through your experiences in direct selling, people and account management, insights and analytics, customer development, and sales planning.
  • Build a strong development and formal career plan with guidance and support.
  • Form a strong network of supporters, along with exposure and networking opportunities with senior leaders.
  • Upon successful completion of the Sales Leadership Development Program, participants will be placed in a permanent full-time management role within the Sales organization.
Requirements and Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Business preferred Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree with expected graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027.

Applicants for employment in the US must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States and with Mondelēz International (i.e., H1-B visa, F-1 visa (OPT), TN visa or any other non-immigrant status.

Valid Drivers’ License as a company vehicle will be provided to you Start Date for this position will be: July 26th, 2027.

Salary and Benefits

The base salary ranges for this position are shown below; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results. Any other location base salary range: $69,000.00 In addition, Mondelez International offers the following benefits: health insurance, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education related programs, paid holidays, and vacation time. Some of these benefits have eligibility requirements. Many of these benefits are subsidized or fully paid for by the company.
