Job summary

Libra Industries in Richardson, TX, seeks a Supply Chain Supervisor to lead daily purchasing, planning, inventory control, and materials to support production schedules and on-time delivery.

You will partner with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Finance to resolve material issues and drive continuous improvement; ERP/MRP experience and a Bachelor's degree are required, with a collaborative, growth-oriented environment. Experience in EMS manufacturing is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 5+ years of experience in purchasing, planning, materials, or supply chain within manufacturing.
• 2+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Experience using ERP/MRP systems.
• Strong understanding of inventory management and production planning.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily purchasing, planning, inventory control, and material management activities.
• Ensure material availability to support production schedules and customer commitments.
• Coordinate priorities to resolve material shortages and minimize production disruptions.
• Monitor inventory levels and inventory accuracy.
• Escalate supplier performance issues and partner with Corporate Supply Chain when needed.
• Support ERP/MRP planning accuracy and material visibility.
