Job summary

You will monitor carrier performance, resolve operational issues, and communicate with the customer to maintain service excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Admin, Supply Chain or related field.
• 3 years of functional experience across multiple supply chain service lines.
• 2 years of supervisory or equivalent experience.
• Experience with root cause analysis is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide tactical direction and leadership to meet customer requirements.
• Oversee day-to-day execution of account activities and monitor carrier performance.
• Develop action plans to address issues and drive continuous improvement.
• Conduct performance reviews and career development for team members.
• Formalize project plans with timelines, milestones, and ownership.
• Coordinate with customers to align scope and expectations during analysis.
• Review operating metrics and maintain budget accuracy.
