Job summary

Penske Logistics LLC is seeking a Supply Chain Manager 1 to provide tactical direction and lead day-to-day account activities for our customers. You will monitor carrier performance to maximize value and quickly resolve operational issues to prevent service failures.

You will conduct performance reviews, mentor staff, and deploy staffing strategies while collaborating with customer leadership to align scope, timelines, and goals. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management.
• 3 years of functional experience in multiple supply chain service lines.
• 2 years of supervisory or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide tactical direction and lead day-to-day execution of account activities.
