Ferrero is seeking a Supply Chain Lead for its Kentucky facility. The role directs shipping/receiving, load planning, and recalls/holds for finished goods, raw materials, and packaging.
You will work in a safety-focused team environment, ensuring food safety and strong communication across shifts and departments. Responsibilities include coordinating with the Supply Chain Supervisor and Plant Logistics Manager, leading associates, managing trailers, and validating shipping documents in SAP.
The Supply Chain Lead directs and coordinates the shipping/receiving departments. Performs a variety of duties for the loading, unloading, and scheduling of shipments for the plant (load planning). Ability to Recall and Hold Finished Goods. Maintains all relevant paperwork and ensures that all food safety requirements are followed. Working in a team environment that promotes safety, food safety, clear communication, leadership, creativity and overall, continuous improvement for both the individual and the Company.
