Job summary

Nautilus Hyosung America, Inc. is seeking a Procurement Specialist to manage and optimize our end-to-end supply chain, coordinating with vendors, ensuring material procurement, and strategizing inventory levels.

You will work with headquarters and plants in Korea and Vietnam, analyze performance, and drive improvements through cross-functional collaboration. Strong analytical mind, communication, and negotiation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in SCM, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience in supply chain management, logistics, or similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workload.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end supply chain processes, including procurement, logistics, and inventory management.
• Collaborate with headquarters and Plants in Korea & Vietnam to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of materials.
• Optimize inventory levels to meet demand while minimizing carrying costs.
• Analyze and assess supply chain performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategic solutions.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance communication and collaboration within the supply chain.
