Job summary

Ring, based in Sunnyvale, CA, seeks a Supply Chain Lead to own end-to-end supply chain planning and execution for its Smart Trailer Dock and Retrieval deployment across NA networks. Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• 5+ years of supply chain experience, preferably in hardware deployment, construction, or technology installation programs.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and purchase order lifecycles at scale.
• Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate strong customer focus and ownership of program-level supply chain outcomes.
• Own end-to-end material planning: demand forecasting against install targets, PO management, vendor coordination, and surplus reconciliation.
• Drive cross-network PO visibility and reconciliation across NASC, DC, CH, and Pilot programs — ensuring single source of truth for spend and utilization.
• Lead vendor negotiations (panel sub-vendors, contract manufacturers, GDO suppliers) to optimize cost, manage surplus, and maintain strategic relationships.
• Identify, prioritize, and implement processes to eliminate supply chain defects — including PO deduplication, invoicing gaps, and untracked cross-network procurement.
• Execute thorough root cause analysis on cost variances and deliver data-backed recommendations to senior leadership.
