Otovo in California is seeking a Warehouse Technician to coordinate PO execution, inbound logistics, and inventory across warehouses and service teams. This role ensures material availability, supports vendor performance, and contributes to continuous improvement in procurement and fulfillment processes.

Responsibilities include PO creation, vendor coordination, stock monitoring, and ERP data updates to drive accurate forecasting and reports for leadership.

Formación

• 2–4 years of experience in procurement, inventory management, or logistics.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems and vendor coordination.
• Proficiency in Excel and data reporting.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, and time management.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsabilidades

• Create, process, and track purchase orders for materials and services.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments and maintain documentation.
• Monitor stock levels and support VMI and inventory accuracy.
• Update ERP (Endurance) with PO and inventory data; generate reports.
• Collaborate with Dispatch, Field Service, and Finance to improve workflows.
