Job summary

Stryker Corporation in Weston, Florida, seeks a Summer 2027 Supply Chain Intern to contribute to meaningful projects and gain mentorship from leaders. You will work across operations, material planning, and end-to-end material flow while developing skills in a fast-paced medical technology setting.

The internship emphasizes collaboration, problem-solving, and hands-on experience with process improvements, with a compensation package including hourly pay, sign-on bonus, and housing options.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and remaining enrolled after the internship.
• GPA of 3.0 or above preferred.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without future sponsorship.
• Strong written and verbal communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Supply Chain operations across planning, scheduling, receiving, distribution, and inventory control.
• Assist material planning and visibility between Supply Planning and Global Procurement.
• Analyze end-to-end material flow from planning to shipping and enhance processes.
• Identify gaps, propose improvements to increase visibility and execution across material flow.
