Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field; must remain enrolled in a degree-seeking program after the internship.
• Cumulative 3.0 GPA or above (preferred).
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to collaborate and build relationships.
• Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Support supply chain operations including scheduling, receiving inspection, distribution, logistics, and inventory control.
• Assist material planning by understanding incoming materials and site needs.
• Analyze end-to-end material flow from planning to shipping and scheduling.
• Identify gaps and propose process improvements to improve visibility and execution.

Opportunities Available

As a Supply Chain intern at Stryker, you will support work across several key operational areas, including:

• Supply Chain Operations: Gain exposure to the processes that support efficient material movement across production scheduling, receiving inspection, distribution, logistics, warehouse operations, and inventory control.
• Material Planning: Help build visibility between Supply Planning and Global Procurement by understanding incoming materials, site needs, and proactive material readiness.
• End-to-End Material Flow Visibility: Analyze and track the flow of materials from Supply Planning and Procurement through receipt at the facility, scheduling, kitting, and shipping.
• Process Improvement: Identify gaps, analyze root causes, and recommend process improvements that strengthen visibility, accountability, and operational execution across the full material flow.

What You Need

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field; must remain enrolled in a degree-seeking program after the internship.

$20 minimum hourly wage to $35 maximum hourly wage, sign-on bonus, 11 paid holidays annually, and either paid corporate housing or a living stipend, dependent upon hiring location.
