Job summary

Stryker invites motivated students to join our Supply Chain internship program in the United States. You will gain hands-on exposure across core operations, material planning, and end-to-end flow visibility while collaborating with leaders and mentors in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, maintain a 3.0+ GPA, and demonstrate strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a degree-seeking program after the internship.
• GPA 3.0+ preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to collaborate.
• Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills; manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and eagerness to learn in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Support Supply Chain Operations, including production scheduling, inspection, distribution, logistics, warehousing and inventory control.
• Assist Material Planning by understanding incoming materials and site needs.
• Analyze End-to-End Material Flow from planning to receipt, scheduling, kitting and shipping.
• Identify gaps and propose process improvements to enhance visibility and execution across material flow.
