Job summary

Valeo is seeking a Logistics Trainee/Apprentice with a focus on day-to-day logistics operations and data analysis for a fixed-term assignment. The role involves supporting order processing, warehousing, transportation and documentation, while contributing to process improvements.

The candidate should be a senior student or recent graduate in Supply Chain or Logistics, with strong Google Workspace skills and excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Support the Manager in day to day operations of all logistic activities including order processing, material handling, warehousing and transportation
• Be involved in data analysis, documentation management and improvement projects within the department
• Provide administrative support for various logistic processes such as order processing, inventory control and material handling
• Analyze data related to shipments, deliveries and transportation costs to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Assist in maintaining records and documents related to logistics activities
• Support special projects and initiatives within the logistics department
• Participate in meetings and discussions with team members to stay updated on current issues and future plans
