Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business, Operations or Supply Chain required.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Effective time management and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic analytical ability.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of the Supply Chain department and collaboration with other functions.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand and fulfill procurement needs.
• Oversee strategic sourcing activities to support cost reduction goals.
• Assist procurement activities by evaluating requisitions and issuing purchase orders for diverse commodities.
• Support 3P initiatives (Processes, Policies, and Procedures).
• Perform supply chain analysis for forecasting, performance measurement, and order management.
• Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Business Development & Operations to ensure quality and competitive parts.
