Job summary

Hilton is offering a Summer Corporate Internship in Hilton Supply Management (HSM) at our McLean, VA office. The program runs June 1 to August 6, 2027, with full-time hours (40/week) and a pay rate of $25/hour plus a $2,500 stipend.

Interns work on OS&E FF&E sourcing and other supply chain projects, gaining real-world business experience. Interns will support teams, develop reports and analyses, and present learnings at the end of the program.

Qualifications

• Sophomore or junior of a post-secondary education program; or have less than one year of professional experience.
• Commit to a full 10-week program (40 hours per week) onsite in McLean, VA.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, sorting, filtering, basic formulas).
• Exposure to analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, Copilot) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage in impactful projects and learning workshops; build connections with interns and team Members.
• Support assigned team by preparing reports, presentations, researching, and analyzing data.
• Contribute to innovative ideas and solutions; manage tasks with strong organization and communication.
• Collaborate with manager and team to deliver a final presentation of internship learnings.
