Job summary

SPIROL in Stow, Ohio is offering a Fall 2026 Supply Chain Intern position. This 4-month, on-site internship provides hands-on experience with purchasing, planning, inventory management, and operations, collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.

You will analyze inventory, assist with supplier communication, forecast and demand planning, and support daily production scheduling in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Support purchasing, planning, and inventory management activities
• Analyze inventory levels and assist with maintaining optimal stock levels
• Assist with supplier communication, purchase orders, and delivery tracking
• Participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives related to supply chain and materials management
• Monitor key supply chain metrics and prepare reports for the team
• Assist with forecasting, demand planning, and production scheduling activities
• Help identify opportunities to improve inventory accuracy and operational efficiency
• Research suppliers, materials, and cost saving opportunities
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Customer Service, and Finance to support daily operations
• Gain hands on experience in a fast paced manufacturing environment

Supply Chain Intern – Fall 2026

August – December 2026

This internship provides hands on experience working alongside Supply Chain, Purchasing, Planning, and Operations professionals while contributing to projects that improve efficiency, inventory management, and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related program at an accredited college or university

• Ability to analyze data and identify trends
