Job summary

Ulta Beauty distribution centers are seeking an Industrial Engineer to drive productivity improvements, lead engineering initiatives, and optimize product flow across people, technology, and facility layouts.

You will partner with operations teams to apply time-and-motion studies, data analysis, and KPI tracking to reduce waste, shorten cycle times, and boost throughput.

This role requires a Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering and 2–5 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering is required.
• 2–5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and data tools like SQL or Power BI is required.
