• Enter and update purchase orders as directed.
• Expedite purchase orders as needed.
• Resolve receiving issues by coordinating with supply chain and receiving teams.
• Monitor and support supply chain quality issues with suppliers.
• Collaborate with accounting and supply chain to resolve price discrepancies.
• Weekly update of general production dates driving due dates in project materials meetings.
• Assist with monthly presentations and data collection for distribution to team.
• Purchasing responsibilities for closeout and legacy projects.
