Job summary

Ageatia is seeking a Supply Chain/Industrial Engineer to join our team in San Antonio, TX, to support 2nd shift launches and optimize warehouse operations, layouts, and material flow.

You will coordinate with vendors, IT, facilities, and transportation to implement ERP/WMS changes, kitting expansions, and new infrastructure, delivering schedules and documentation.

A Bachelor's in a related field and 3+ years of experience in industrial or supply chain engineering are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
• Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or supply chain engineering is required (3+ years).
• Experience with warehouse operations, material flow, kitting, and material handling equipment is preferred.
• AutoCAD and Excel proficiency are desirable.
• Experience coordinating vendors and equipment installations is a plus.
• Knowledge of ERP/WMS processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and implementation of Supply Chain projects related to the 2nd Shift launch.
• Develop external warehouse layouts, material flow, storage, receiving, replenishment, and processes.
• Define and procure material handling equipment and infrastructure for the new warehouse.
• Coordinate vendors, equipment installation, commissioning, and project implementation.
• Coordinate with Transportation to establish receiving windows and material flow requirements.
• Coordinate with Facilities and IT on building infrastructure and readiness.
• Support ERP/WMS changes.
• Support Kitting Platform expansion including layouts and equipment.
• Perform capacity, material flow, space utilization, and process analysis.
• Develop project schedules, status reports, and implementation documentation.
• Support project launches, shutdowns and ramp-up as required.
• Develop standardized repacking processes and coordination across departments.
