Job summary

AdventHealth in Palm Coast, FL is seeking a warehouse associate to manage par levels, pick and deliver supplies, and support inventory accuracy. You will follow established guidelines for returns, process requisitions for non-stock items, and keep par areas organized and stocked.

Strong attention to detail, basic math, and English communication with clinicians are required. Proficiency with Word/Excel/Outlook and experience with PeopleSoft are preferred; prior inventory and material handling

• Basic math and counting skills are required.
• English communication with clinicians is required.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel and Outlook is required.
• Ability to identify, sort and count accurately.
• PeopleSoft experience is preferred.
• Understanding of inventory, receiving, replenishment and par level concepts is preferred.
• Ability to operate material handling equipment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Picks up return items following established guidelines and performs daily par cart inventories, picks orders, confirms orders, and delivers supplies to assigned par areas. Accurately completes the replenishment/picking process, including all associated computer software tasks to ensure accurate record keeping. Job Description:

• Picks up return items following established guidelines and performs daily par cart inventories, picks orders, confirms orders, and delivers supplies to assigned par areas. Creates requisitions for non-stock supplies as needed in assigned par areas. Ensures par areas are orderly, properly tagged, and sufficiently stocked to meet customer needs.
