  • Manage inbound and outbound logistics, including freight coordination, product dispatch, shipping/receiving execution, and order fulfillment with our 3PL partners.
  • Optimize flow layouts, space utilization, storage methods, picking/packing, and material flow to improve velocity and operational efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain inventory plans, scorecards, KPIs, cycle counts, audits, and control processes that improve accuracy, turns, service levels, and cost performance.
  • Identify root causes of delivery, inventory, and warehouse performance gaps and lead corrective actions to reduce risk and meet operating targets.
  • Utilize ERP, MRP, WMS, Excel, and inventory tracking tools to manage shipping, receiving, order, warehouse, and inventory data.
  • Lead, coach, schedule, train, and develop warehouse, logistics, distribution, inventory, and supply chain personnel.
  • Ensure policies, procedures, standard work, safety protocols, facility security, regulatory compliance, and equipment maintenance practices are followed.
  • Communicate performance, initiatives, opportunities, changes, risks, and corrective actions clearly to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
