The Director of Supply Chain and Warehouse Operations oversees daily operations, develops and implements best-in-class processes and systems, and leads / develops a high-performing team focused on safety, quality, customer service, and continuous improvement. Key responsibilities include managing warehouse capacity and layout, optimizing labor and logistics’ costs, implementing lean and automation initiatives, and partnering closely with Supply Chain, Sales, Manufacturing, and Customer Service to ensure on-time and accurate order fulfillment on cost. The role also overseas company wide demand and supply planning.
This position plays a critical role in supporting business growth, driving operational excellence, and delivering strong performance against key metrics such as Trade Working Capital, inventory accuracy, productivity, global excellence and customer satisfaction responsibilities

Locations: This is an onsite position. Candidate can reside in Columbus, OH, Lithia Springs, GA, or Central CA.
- Develops and executes global supply chain strategies that support business growth and operational excellence
- Directs supply chain teams in executing demand and material planning strategies, leveraging analytics to ensure precise supply alignment and optimized inventory across operations achieving trade working capital targets while maintaining On time in full to customer
- Manages and leads international logistics to execute transportation, warehousing, and distribution strategies, optimize global networks, and ensure compliance with trade regulations
- Develops and executes supply chain end to end strategies that support business growth and operational excellence.
- Collaborates cross-functionally to align supply chain initiatives with other areas of the business.
- Directs the operation and function of distribution centers and warehouses.
- Manages inventory accuracy within warehouses, including a cycle counting program, WMS system and end of fiscal year physical inventory.
- Drives continual process improvements to ensure consistent achievement of all service metrics, including on-time shipping, order accuracy, fill rate and back-order release despite challenges.
- Ensures cost efficient and on-time deliveries to customers.
- Proactively identifies and resolves service and supply chain issues.
- Leads and nurtures a departmental culture focused on customer success, continues improvement and teamwork.
- Drives a culture of safety within the warehouse and supply chain operations.
- Responsible for managing the Distribution and Supply Chain Departmental Budget showing yearly improvement.
- Executive Stakeholder Management. Communications, board level reporting.
- Global Network Design and Optimization – End to end supply chain mapping, support of strategic sourcing strategy and DC footprint.
- Champions Supply Chain digital transformation – RFID, automation, robotics
- SCM and Warehouse CapEx creation – justification and execution to target
- Sustainability and EHS Execution / Strategy Lead in responsible area.

- Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with customers and cross-functional teams.
- Advanced process-improvement expertise; Six Sigma Green or Black Belt strongly preferred.
- Experience leading large-scale budgets with full cost-center accountability.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong understanding of OZ accountability frameworks and OKR-driven management.
- Solid foundational knowledge of global trade regulations and compliance requirements.
- Expertise in network resilience planning and enterprise risk management.
Experience
- A minimum of 10 years’ experience leading a distribution/ warehouse organization / Supply Chain Operations
- Syspro, Oracle, D365, SAP, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Tableau / Power BI experience
Education
- Bachelor or master Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or similar.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Proficient with MS office products (Excel, Project, Word, Power Point, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Excellent decision-making ability using risk-based thinking strategies.
- Excellent listening skills including the ability to coach team members.
