Job summary

Conagra Brands in Council Bluffs is launching a 36-month Supply Chain Development Program for recent graduates. You will rotate through manufacturing, logistics, planning, analytics, procurement, and more, gaining hands-on experience and exposure to senior leaders.

You will relocate for rotations, work on cross-functional projects, and develop leadership, project management, and communication skills while contributing to end-to-end supply chain initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree completed by June 2027.
• Demonstrated leadership through activities or work.
• Interest in long-term career in Supply Chain.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to relocate for at least one year.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Participate in year-long rotations across key Supply Chain functions based on business needs and development opportunities.
• Build knowledge of end-to-end supply chain operations through hands-on experience in both corporate and manufacturing environments.
• Analyze business processes, data, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to solve business challenges and deliver results.
• Develop project management, communication, and leadership skills through structured experiences, mentorship, and exposure to senior leaders.
• Gain experience in one or more of the following areas: Logistics, Environmental Health and Safety, Planning, Supply Chain Analytics & Data Science, Procurement, Food Safety, Manufacturing Excellence and Continuous Improvement, Risk, Manufacturing.
• Relocate for rotational assignments as required by business needs.

Reporting to Supply Chain leadership, you will participate in Conagra's 36-month Supply Chain Development Program designed to accelerate your growth into a future Supply Chain leader. You will complete year-long rotations across key Supply Chain functions, including a manufacturing assignment, gaining hands-on experience and a broad understanding of Conagra's end-to-end supply chain. You will partner with teams across the organization, solve real business challenges, and contribute to delivering the products consumers know and love every day.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Operations, Engineering, Business, or a related field completed by June 2027
• Demonstrated leadership through academic, professional, community, or extracurricular experiences
• Interest in building a long-term career within Supply Chain
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
• Willingness to relocate for a minimum of one year during the program based on business needs
• Willingness to travel up to 20%

Compensation

Pay Range:$59,000-$79,000

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees' equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
