Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a dedicated Supply Chain Deployment Project Manager to join the Operations team in Spring, TX. You will coordinate deployment readiness across services supply chain and finished goods returns workstreams, partnering with business, operations, and IT to drive successful launches.

You will manage risks, dependencies, and milestones, align training plans, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enable transformation initiatives and operational excellence

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project management within supply chain or logistics environments.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and activities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration across teams.
• Ability to manage risks, dependencies, and milestones effectively.
• Knowledge of supply chain processes and deployment strategies.

Responsibilities

• Support large-scale supply chain transformation initiatives, ensuring operational readiness for deployment across services supply chain and finished goods returns workstreams.
