The ideal candidate brings 7+ years in SCM roles, strong SAP/ERP experience, and proven leadership across cross-functional teams within manufacturing environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
• 7+ years in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics, Procurement, Operations, PM or Transformation roles.
• Experience with end-to-end supply chain processes including Planning, Manufacturing, Warehousing, Logistics, Inventory and Procurement.
• Experience supporting ERP implementations, SAP transformations, system migrations or large-scale business change initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation and deployment across Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics, Warehousing, and Procurement.
• Serve as business lead for ERP implementation and go-live, transitioning from legacy systems to a new enterprise platform.
• Validate designs, align future-state processes with business requirements with SMEs and leaders.
• Drive readiness activities including site readiness, stock build planning, supply continuity, risk mitigation, and logistics contingency management.
• Lead SIT, UAT, Cutover, and Hypercare to ensure operational continuity and issue resolution.
• Collaborate across sites, logistics providers, warehouses, procurement teams, and leadership to achieve transformation goals.

Pay Range:

$65 - $74 hourly

What You'll Do

• Lead supply chain transformation and deployment activities across Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics, Warehousing, and Procurement functions.
• Serve as the business lead supporting a major ERP implementation and go-live, ensuring a seamless transition from legacy systems to a new enterprise platform.
• Validate supply chain and procurement process designs, partnering with operational leaders and SMEs to align future-state processes with business requirements.
• Drive business readiness activities including site readiness, stock build planning, supply continuity planning, risk mitigation, and logistics contingency management.
• Lead and support SIT, UAT, Cutover, and Hypercare activities, ensuring operational continuity and rapid resolution of business-critical issues.
• Collaborate across manufacturing sites, logistics providers, warehouses, procurement teams, and leadership stakeholders to successfully execute transformation objectives.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, Procurement, Business, or related field -OR- equivalent professional experience.
• 7+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics, Procurement, Operations, Program Management, or Supply Chain Transformation roles.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes, including Planning, Manufacturing, Warehousing, Logistics, Inventory Management, and Procurement.
• Experience supporting ERP implementations, SAP transformations, system migrations, or large-scale business change initiatives.
• Familiarity with SAP supply chain modules, manufacturing systems, and operational planning processes is highly desirable.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, project leadership, problem-solving, and change management skills.
