Position Summary
We are seeking an analytical, detail-oriented Supply Chain & Order Management Specialist to oversee end-to-end order lifecycle execution, demand alignment, and account management for designated key enterprise accounts. In this role, you will leverage SAP and Advanced Excel to manage order flows, analyze supply chain data, execute root-cause analysis on operational discrepancies, and partner cross-functionally with Sales, Procurement, Logistics, and Customer Service teams.

Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Order Lifecycle Management: Oversee order processing, tracking, and reconciliation from initiation to final delivery; monitor order pipelines to eliminate bottlenecks and optimize throughput.
- Reporting & Actionable Analytics: Generate and distribute comprehensive daily operational and sell-through reports for key accounts; deliver data-driven insights to leadership to support strategic decision-making.
- Cross-Functional Account Collaboration: Partner closely with Procurement, SCM/PSI, Sales, Logistics, and IT teams to align on product availability, resolve order discrepancies, and manage system data mapping.
- Customer & Call Center Liaison: Serve as the primary operational escalation point for customer service and call center teams regarding order status, delivery timelines, SLA compliance, and schedule adjustments.
- Process Improvement & System Optimization: Conduct root-cause analysis on fulfillment failures; assist in refining reporting frameworks, standardizing workflow documentation, and testing system updates.
- Invoicing & EOL Product Upgrades: Accurately process commercial invoices in compliance with internal controls; coordinate seamless product upgrades and transitions for end-of-life (EOL) models.
- Hub Schedule Management: Maintain and adjust regional hub schedules and location transfers in enterprise systems to reflect real-time operational needs.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field required.
- Experience: 2 to 4 years of professional experience in order management, supply chain operations, or demand planning.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency with SAP (Order Management / SCM / Inventory modules).
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, Pivot Tables, complex formulas, and data reconciliation).
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word).
- Core Attributes:
