Dematic is seeking a strategic Business Analyst to support our Quality team in a dynamic supply chain environment. You will translate complex data into actionable insights, build dashboards, and drive data-driven decisions across cross-functional partners.

You will collaborate with leaders to define key metrics, transform large datasets, and tell compelling data stories that propel operational excellence and continuous improvement within our organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in statistics, mathematics, computer science, or a related field.
• Four+ years of experience as a data analyst with project management and cross-functional work.
• Experience in data storytelling and simplifying complex information into clear ideas.
• Knowledge of enterprise data pipelines and warehousing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to tailor presentations for diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to think critically about data and identify trends and anomalies.

Responsibilities

• Identify relevant data sources and assess data quality and applicability.
• Transform, clean, and structure large datasets for analysis.
• Build compelling visualizations and presentations to convey complex findings.
• Collaborate with department experts to define important metrics, visualizations, and dashboards.
• Identify and implement ways to optimize data collection, storage, and analysis efficiency.
• Track, maintain, and provide current information on the operation's business scorecard.
• Share knowledge and collaborate cross-functionally to achieve project goals.
