Job summary

Dematic seeks a strategic Business Analyst to support its Quality team within a dynamic supply chain environment. You will translate data into actionable insights, develop dashboards, and drive process improvements across cross-functional stakeholders.

The ideal candidate brings 4+ years of data analytics experience, strong storytelling, and the ability to tailor communications to diverse audiences while partnering with teams to advance business decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's or equivalent experience preferred).
• Four+ years of experience as a data analyst, including managing projects and working with cross functional team.
• Experience in data storytelling and simplifying complex information into clear ideas.
• Statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and experience with Big Data technologies (desired).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to tailor presentations for diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with enterprise data pipelines and warehousing.
• Demonstrated ability to think critically about data and identify trends and anomalies.

Responsibilities

• Identify relevant data sources and assist in analyzing data quality and applicability.
• Data Transformation: Clean, manipulate, and structure large datasets for analysis.
• Visualization & Storytelling: Build compelling visualizations and presentations to convey complex findings.
• Collaborate with department/function experts to define important metrics, visualizations, and dashboards.
• Identify and implement ways to optimize data collection, storage, and analysis efficiency.
• Track, maintain, and provide current information on the operation's business scorecard.
• Share knowledge and collaborate cross-functionally to achieve project goals.
