Select Custom Solutions in La Crosse, WI is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to drive data-informed decisions across our operations. You will collect, analyze, and interpret data, build KPI dashboards, and partner with cross-functional teams to improve planning, forecasting, and cost efficiency.

The role sits onsite or hybrid, with a Monday–Friday schedule. You will support continuous improvement and ensure alignment between supply chain capabilities and business needs.

Qualifications

• Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets to improve supply chain planning.
• Develop and maintain KPI dashboards and performance metrics.
• Deliver actionable insights that enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and interpret data related to costs, productivity, demand, and forecasting.
• Perform statistical and quantitative analyses to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Recommend and implement process improvements across supply chain functions.
• Identify and address barriers that impact operational efficiency.
• Provide analytical support for projects and cross-functional initiatives.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance KPI dashboards and scorecards.
• Collaborate with sales, production, and operations to align supply chain capabilities.
• Analyze raw material pricing to manage costs and support cost-reduction initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices.
