Job summary

Select Custom Solutions, based in La Crosse, WI, seeks a Supply Chain Analyst to drive data-informed decisions across the supply chain, including planning, logistics and performance measurement. Hybrid onsite role with M-F 8–5.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Statistics or Mathematics required.
• Minimum two (2) years of experience in a food manufacturing environment preferred.
• APICS/ASCM certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and interpret data related to costs, productivity, demand, and forecasting to drive informed decision‑making.
• Perform statistical and quantitative analyses to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Recommend and implement process improvements, efficiency initiatives, and best practices across supply chain functions.
• Identify and address barriers that impact operational efficiency within the supply chain.
• Provide analytical support and insights for projects and process improvement initiatives across all departments.
• Evaluate and validate customer‑provided forecasts, cross‑referencing with internal forecasts to ensure service levels are met.
• Partner with production planning and sales teams to manage forecasting data, ensuring fulfillment and stock levels.
• Support project implementations by analyzing forecasts and demand data to inform resource planning.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance KPI dashboards and scorecards to measure supply chain performance.
• Use KPIs and benchmarks to evaluate results, suggest adjustments, and optimize decision‑making.
