Your Role with us

VF Corporation is looking for an exceptional Supply Chain Data & Analytics, Senior Analyst to join our team based in Stabio, Switzerland.

As the Senior Analyst, you will identify and provide insights across various Supply‑Chain areas throughout the go‑to‑market process. You will support the manager in reporting and analysing strategic Supply‑Chain KPIs to provide regular updates to the Supply‑Chain Community, Supply‑Chain Regional & Global Leadership, and Brand representatives. You will also be an active participant in strategic transformation initiatives aimed at creating new reporting/analytics solutions that enable data‑driven decisions.

Responsibilities

Day‑by‑Day Reporting

• Support the preparation of weekly/monthly reporting to be distributed to the Supply‑Chain Community and to the Brands (e.g., On‑Time Delivery to Customers, On‑Time Stock Availability, Inventory Summary, DC Processing Performance).
• Assist Supply‑Chain Operations teams with ad‑hoc analysis and quick insights when required.

Business Analytics

• Explore data and analyze processes to identify opportunities for optimisation/improvement of business metrics.
• Leverage Supply‑Chain process knowledge and analytics skills to formulate hypotheses, interpret results and communicate findings to stakeholders.

Analytics Tools and Solutions

• Collaborate with Supply‑Chain functions and other business stakeholders to identify and formalise reporting/analytics requirements and translate them into Analytics solutions.
• Collaborate with Digital & Technology Analytics and/or Business Intelligence functions to validate and deliver new Analytics models/solutions.
• Support the Supply‑Chain Data & Analytics Lead/Manager in preparing and reviewing Business Requirement Documents for new Analytics/Reporting requests; coordinate with Digital & Technology teams to ensure technical solutions align with business requirements.
• Provide feedback and validate reporting solutions and KPIs developed by the Technology team.
• Ensure the accuracy, transparency and explainability of all data shared with Supply‑Chain functions and with the brands.
• Socialise new analytics solutions, train business stakeholders and promote adoption.

Skills for Success

• Basic knowledge of Supply‑Chain processes across the full go‑to‑market journey (Inbound Logistics, DC Operations, Outbound Logistics).
• Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Passionate for insight‑driven thinking; ability to extract patterns from large data volumes to drive insights.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office suite.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Power BI as a visualisation tool.
• Experience with IBM Cognos is a plus.
• Openness to apply AI tools and explore AI‑based approaches for advanced analytics solutions.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and prioritise effectively in a high‑paced environment.
• Strong judgement, decision‑making, and problem‑solving skills; ability to propose creative, effective, practical solutions.
• Excellent storytelling capabilities; ability to summarise large volumes of data results in clear business language.
• Team player with a positive attitude, high integrity, and ability to foster trust, respect, and collaboration with colleagues.
