Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a supply chain co-op to support strategic planning, supplier selection, and negotiations across engineering, procurement, finance and legal teams. You will analyze business processes, test new tools, document functionality, and help ensure security and regulatory compliance.

This 16–24 week internship in winter 2027 offers exposure to cost analysis, supplier benchmarking, and cross-functional collaboration. Candidates must be enrolled and returning to school.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's or master's in a related field.
• Returning to school for at least one quarter/semester.
• U.S. Person due to export-controlled information; clearance may be needed.
• Able to complete a 16–24 week internship in winter 2027.

Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing systems to meet business needs.
• Analyzing and understanding business requirements and processes.
• Testing and troubleshooting new tools to meet user requirements.
• Documenting system functionality and maintaining user guides.
• Liaising between business stakeholders and IT personnel.
• Ensuring compliance with industry standards and security regulations.
• Providing training and support to system users.
• Perform financial research on suppliers, spend analysis, and ad-hoc financial analysis.
• Collaborate cross-functionally and present to leadership.
• Develop standards, processes, and transferability post-project.
