Responsibilities

• Support profitability analysis, proformas, and variance analysis for business units.
• Lead monthly/quarterly financial reviews with senior leadership.
• Help design rolling forecasts and budgets by business unit.
• Assist monthly demand planning for production scheduling.
• Track customer programs and marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with Operations and other partners on analytics.
• Provide backup to Financial Planning & Analysis team.
• Develop proficiency in financial systems and act as resident expert.
• Identify and evaluate capital projects to improve performance.
• Serve as change agent in process design and implementation.
