Advanced Energy in Denver seeks a Senior Supply Chain Analyst to analyze data, assess material availability, and develop CTB models to support production execution and revenue attainment. This role connects MPS, Purchasing, and Material Planning to ensure material visibility and proactive shortage management.

Responsibilities include CTB analysis, BOM reconciliation, and building dashboards using ERP tools to drive informed decisions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field
• 5-8 years of experience in Supply Chain, Material Planning, Inventory Control, CTB Analysis, Production Planning, or related functions within a high-volume manufacturing environment
• Proven experience with ERP/MRP systems and managing complex material planning activities
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
• High proficiency in ERP/MRP systems, preferably SAP and Oracle
• Strong understanding of supply chain planning fundamentals, inventory management, and material flow
• Knowledge of BOM structures, BOM reconciliation, and product configuration management
• Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, APICS or related certifications preferred
• Exposure to electronics/semiconductor manufacturing advantageous

Responsabilidades

• Validate BOM reconciliation against MPS requirements and on-hand inventory
• Perform CTB analysis to determine material coverage and constraints
• Monitor and report CTB performance, shortages, and supply visibility KPIs
• Maintain CTB master tracker for real-time material status and readiness
• Identify critical material shortages and support allocation decisions
• Coordinate between Purchasing, Material Planning, and Production Planning to resolve supply issues
• Develop data models, dashboards, and reports for decision-making
• Analyze inventory, supply commitments, and demand fluctuations to improve revenue attainment
• Drive process improvements in material planning and CTB tracking
• Support management reviews with insights on supply chain performance and risks
• Comply with Safety and Quality standards
