Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Manufacturing or supply chain background preferred, but not required.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills.
• Comfort digging into large, complex datasets to find and resolve discrepancies.
• Strong attitude and genuine willingness to learn on the job.
• Demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships with cross-functional partners.
• Meticulous attention to detail and ownership in running down open items to closure.
• Proactive communication style.
• Comfortable reporting status and variances to management.
• Ability to work onsite from the listed work location in a hybrid function.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Own cost tracking for BOM with Global Sourcing Managers.
• Support purchase approval process and track spend against budget.
• Assist with factory scrap tracking, forecast variances, and cost forecasting reports.
• Identify and execute logistics cost-savings measures (expedite reduction, load optimization, tariff exposure).
• Prepare quarterly KPI reviews and biweekly cost syncs with executives using trend data and variance commentary.
• Partner with Accounting, Logistics, and Global Sourcing to ensure data accuracy and timeliness.
• Support ad hoc supply chain finance initiatives (TMS rollout, make-vs-buy analyses, tariff tracking).
• Report to the Supply Chain Finance Lead.
