What You’ll Be Doing:
Help schedule and coordinate raw materials and components to meet production timelines
Communicate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and resolve any hiccups
Monitor inventory levels, track discrepancies, and support regular audits
Generate and manage purchase orders, production orders, and shipping docs using ERP systems
Keep teams informed on order status, shipment delays, and delivery timelines
Support logistics scheduling and transportation coordination
Collaborate with quality and production to address material or delivery issues
Maintain accurate supply chain documentation and reports
Provide customer service support by sharing order updates and assisting with delivery inquiries
What You Bring:
1–3 years of experience in supply chain, inventory, logistics, or production support (manufacturing )
Solid understanding of supply chain principles and production processes
Comfortable with Microsoft Office, especially Excel; ERP experience is a plus
Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities
Great communication and teamwork skills
Bonus Skills:
Experience working in cross-functional teams
Familiarity with lean or continuous improvement methodologies
Knowledge of procurement and inventory best practices
Location: On-site in Farmington Hills, MI
