Job summary

CHAGEE USA is seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to support daily purchasing, inventory, and logistics activities in Irvine, CA. The role offers hands-on experience across the supply chain and requires proactive, data-minded individuals who enjoy organizing and solving problems.

You will work with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely ordering, tracking, receiving, and delivery of materials and products, while maintaining accurate records and reports.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in supply chain, purchasing, logistics, inventory, operations, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Comfortable working with numbers, data, and routine reporting.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work effectively with both internal teams and external suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Assist with purchase orders, supplier orders, and routine purchasing activities.
• Track orders and shipments and follow up with vendors on delivery dates and outstanding items.
• Maintain accurate inventory, purchasing, and supplier records.
• Monitor inventory levels and flag potential shortages, delays, or excess inventory.
• Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses, freight providers, and internal teams as needed.
• Assist with scheduling inbound and outbound shipments.
• Help investigate and resolve basic purchasing, inventory, or delivery discrepancies.
• Prepare and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and supply chain documentation.
• Enter and update data in ERP, inventory management, or purchasing systems.
• Support invoice, receiving, and purchase order reconciliation.
• Communicate updates and potential issues to relevant team members.
• Assist with process improvements and other supply chain projects as assigned.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Supply Chain Coordinator to support day-to-day supply chain, purchasing, inventory, and logistics activities. The Supply Chain Coordinator will work closely with internal teams and external vendors to help ensure materials and products are ordered, tracked, received, and delivered on time.
