Job summary

Verizon is seeking a Business Logistics Coordinator III to support ITTS investigations in Fort Worth, onsite. The role focuses on resolving shipping, warehouse, and 3PL issues through cross-functional collaboration with carriers, warehouses, Fraud, Supply Chain, CS, and IT teams.

The position targets roughly 80 tickets resolved daily with high accuracy, in a fast-paced environment, onsite at 2777 E Long Ave, Fort Worth, TX. It is a 30-month contract with full onsite requirements.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of relevant experience required.

Responsibilities

• Research carrier shipping issues, warehouse-related issues, fraudulent claims, and 3PL-related problems.
• Identify fraudulent, carrier-related, warehouse, or systemic issues that may impact customers or Verizon.
• Collaborate with third-party warehouses, carriers, and internal teams.
• Troubleshoot issues and determine appropriate resolutions.
• Manage competing priorities while maintaining daily service-level commitments.
• Resolve an average of 80 tickets per day with accuracy.
• Work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external partners to drive resolution.

Pay Rate: $34.99/hr

Targeted Experience: 5–7 Years

Verizon is seeking a Business Logistics Coordinator III to support Supply Chain operations within the ITTS (Inventory Trouble Ticket System) Investigation Team. This team investigates and works toward resolution of carrier shipping, fraud, warehouse, 3PL, and systemic issues that may negatively impact customers or Verizon.

The coordinator will work closely with third-party warehouses, carriers, Fraud, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and IT teams to investigate issues, identify root causes, and drive timely and accurate resolutions.

This role is responsible for meeting daily service-level commitments of approximately 80 tickets resolved per day, with accuracy being a top priority.

Schedule & Location

• 40-hour work week
• Potential schedule: Monday–Saturday
• Potential working hours may fall between 8:00 AM EST and 5:00 PM PST
• Some overtime may be required.
