Required Skills:

• 2+ years of experience in inventory management, supply chain operations, or related field
• Experience with order processing and purchase order management systems, using enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems or inventory management software
• Demonstrated experience working with global teams and managing cross‑region logistics operations
• Track record of implementing process improvements in a fast‑paced supply chain environment

Responsibilities:

• Strong communication and organizational skills are required.
• Primary responsibilities: manage and execute all buying‑team tasks related to order creation, including intense and repetitive communication with vendors, the image center, and fulfillment center community.
• Pull data queries, work on large amounts of data in Excel, and produce ad‑hoc reports as needed.
• Ideal candidates will have a background in retail or e‑commerce, be able to work in a highly demanding but collegial environment, and be highly organized with good computer skills (Excel and Word).
• Ability to solve problems using creative thinking and innovation is a plus.
• Must be decisive and able to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
