Summary
TRUEWERK is looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator in Denver, Colorado who loves digging into the details and making sense of complex moving parts. In this role, you'll be at the center of how product moves — from factory to warehouse to the people wearing our gear — keeping data accurate, timelines on track, and communication flowing between logistics partners and internal groups like Purchasing, Product Development, and Marketing.
You’ll thrive here if you’ve got a sharp eye for detail that goes beyond the surface, a comfort building clear reports and calling out risks before they become problems, and the ability to communicate status updates precisely to all kinds of stakeholders.
If you’re looking to grow your skills in a fast-moving company where precision actually matters, we’d love to talk!
Role & Responsibilities
Style Management
- Champion NetSuite as our single source of truth for purchase orders and inbound shipment data — keeping it clean, current, and accurate
- Create and update SKUs as needed, and make sure our Landed Cost Template stays accurate
- Manage our item master list in NetSuite and oversee the release process to our 3PL partner, including pitching in on requests as they come up
- Support Supply Planners with inventory reporting and flag potential inventory risks before they become problems
Data Support
- Support Supply Planners through NetSuite uploads, correcting inventory discrepancies, and closing out purchase orders
- Partner with factory teams to gather product details, timelines, and shipment ETAs — keeping expected receipt data current
- Support Enterprise and Wholesale channels by gathering and sharing relevant SKU information
- Assess data needs for our established uniform programs
- Team up with Accounting to resolve PO discrepancies and help with production-related needs during month-end close
- Routinely check SKUs for missing information and keep our internal SKU structure organized
- Keep landed cost information updated as things change
Shipment Management
- Make sure item receipts for finished goods or fabric are recorded correctly in NetSuite
- Monitor and track shipments, keeping stakeholders in the loop on status, delays, and anything else that matters — and help monitor and report on quality issues as they come up
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues or discrepancies related to shipments or invoices
- Support Sales Operations with Enterprise fulfillment — tracking shipments, coordinating with decorators, and communicating purchasing needs to Supply Planners
- Work with logistics partners to acquire and maintain accurate HTS codes and shipment costs
- Act as a connector — facilitating communication between internal Hiring Crews, suppliers, and logistics partners (including Ecom, Sales, Cx, and Fulfillment) to keep things moving and resolve disruptions as they come up
Requirements
Must-Haves
- Experience in a supply chain-related field, whether that's through schooling, certifications, or real-world experience
- Comfort with Excel/Google Sheets, including basic formulas, pivot tables, and charts
- Experience with NetSuite or another large ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
Preferred
- Background in a high-growth direct-to-consumer (DTC) ecommerce brand; Apparel, Footwear, or Outdoor industry a plus.
- Experience working within a factory environment, including communicating and disseminating information across teams
- Familiarity with Monday.com, Jira, or another project management tool (e.g., Asana, Trello, ClickUp)
- Background in inventory management
- Experience working with Master Data or BOM (Bill of Materials) data
